  • Group coaching is an opportunity for you to ask questions and receive guidance on your CaRMS application process. There is no set agenda — these are casual discussions shaped by your questions and mutual concerns.

  • Writing and Editing CaRMS Resumes

    In this 2-part workshop, we will cover the basics about what to include, what to omit, and how to organize the resume to best highlight your skills and experiences. We will look at several samples for inspiration, and discuss common errors to avoid.

    MMI Strategies

    In this 2-hour introductory workshop, we will cover the different question types you're likely to encounter, strategies for structuring your responses, common challenges and how to plan for them, and how to build a sustainable daily practice routine.

    CASPER Strategies

    This 2-hour workshop will briefly cover the structure of the exam, but mainly focus on strategies for maximizing your limited response time, and how to build a daily prep routine that enhances confidence and performance. Participants will be provided with sample questions and resources for ongoing practice.

    Creating and Refining CaRMS Personal Statements

    In this 2-part workshop, we will cover the basics about what to include, what to omit, and how to organize the resume to best highlight your skills and experiences. We will look at several samples for inspiration, and discuss common errors to avoid.

    EDIA for CaRMS

    EDIA (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Access) is an important framework for your CaRMS application, including your CV, personal statement, MMIs, and interviews.

    In this 2-hour workshop, we cover the basics of EDIA and explore how to meaningfully incorporate its principles into each part of your application.
